What I'm doing
Currently, one of my top priorities is finishing this website and not leave it abandoned or discarted.
Learn more songs on the drums and get better playing that instrument.
Keep my room clean and organized for more time.
Attending my music lessons from monday to friday every week.
What I want to do
Find a job and start working.
Watch more movies (Nosferatu [2024], Interview with the vampire, Lisa Frankenstein).
Finish reading my pending books.
Listen to more and new music.
Paint a Get Scared shirt and make my own handmade merch.
What I have to do
Fix my handmade skirt that ripped after its first wash.
Finish that damn drawing I was making for the about me page to finally publish it.
Take stuff I don't want/need out of my room to sell it and get money.
Finish painting my Artio top.
I don't feel like I'm doing a lot of stuff, but that's alright, I'm doing what I can and what I know. Fixing myself and other aspects of my won life is enough for now. I want to do a lot of stuff in the future but here I'm focusing on short term goals (within a month).
Other stuff
Go out to eat with my best friend to our favorite ramen place.
Invite my friends to my favorite bar.
Ride the trolleybus in El Cajon again (alone if I can).
What is a /now page?
It is a movement started by Gregory Brown and Derek Sivers, with the purpose of being a summary of what you're up to and what are your current priorities.
People often ask me what I’m doing now.
Each time I would type out a reply, describing where I’m at, what I’m focused on, and what I’m not.
So earlier this year I added a /now page to my site: sivers.org/now
A simple link. Easy to remember. Easy to type.
It’s a nice reminder for myself, when I’m feeling unfocused. A public declaration of priorities
